Wayne Musings

The passenger side of Wayne's car shows some fender damage. What a shame.

Looks like WC didn't care much for bettering the minority community in Denver:

Or it looks like WC has to micromanage even the coffee selection (BTW, interesting how they blew $132M on an office building):

And (if the link works) here are some more WC musings:

Even better, WC appeared to jeopardize Denver's M/WBE program.

THANK you, Thank you 11:37. Westword.com is what we've been looking for. We know he has been no friend to minority business in KC, now we see the pattern.

Another very important baseline from Westword.com, "Four months from the end of Mayor Wellington Webb's third term, his fifty-odd appointees are securing their own futures -- some far from Denver, some inside the city. Wayne Cauthen, Webb's chief of staff, is leaving his $128,112 post to take a job as city manager of Kansas City".

Council, please - what has he done here to warrant $350,000 plus bonuses to offset the damage he has caused that will take us years to repair?

Come on folks. How can you park in the basement garage every day and NOT get damage to one side or the other?

Oh, wait a minute, he get's a whole parking space doesn't he? Not one of those 3 cars in a space made for 1 deals.

Never mind.

Garden skunk, your blog made certain councilpersons very unhappy today in council. I think they may be scared that the truth will be told!

Garden Skunk - you are a star today - media coverage and everything!!! I love that the radio (98.1) is asking if you're a city employee, like WC hasn't had his new Denver IT man checking every computer in City Hall!! Must be frustrating to WC & LT to not have control over this one!

I wonder what you're fender looks like..... get a life and spend you're time in a more productive way....how about a dog?

Very eloquent Valdoro! Original, too. Don't you have anything useful to contribute, or is your life just full of dented cars and roses? There is a stench at City Hall, and it's not just on 29. They're putting a nice new shell on the building, but it's still full of rotten deals, self-serving politicians and poor managers. Not much different than usual.

where are you skunk?

Sounds like another complaining City Hall bureaucrat. You need to channel that fear and distrust into something a bit more productive. How about a run for City Council? If you're so outraged then do something about it....like running for public office. So far, you and the rest of the "pack of fools" have offered nothing more than slander and a love for the musings of Yael and Dave Helling. P.S. You could always kick that dog to feel better.

hmmm . . . . no new postings since the threat against the city manager. is the skunk rabid?

Well, comment moderation is enabled on this blog, so the skunkmeister has to be around to review and ok comments.

He/she/it is around, but lurking....

Wayne wants to eliminate some fender-bender type accidents on Red Bridge Road by taking out the curves. He never seems to think how many lives his plan will cost by turning it into a speedway.
