Right. John Sharp bankrupted MAST. Now he wants to give one developer the equivalent of one full year's worth of the City's budget. We should return him to the private sector and tax his a$$ until it's in the red.
A chump of local government and institutions, along with other Kansas City taxpayers, of ineptitude, incompetence, laziness, thievery and dysfunction.
