A chump of local government and institutions, along with other Kansas City taxpayers, of ineptitude, incompetence, laziness, thievery and dysfunction.

You guys are too hung up on this recent election. Cool your heels. There's a long time between now and the next primary.

becuase we all need to be reminded of the "glorious" days before term limits and federal oversight.
