I assume you mean for the citywide slot on this one?
Johnson rules. Did you see his outburst at the clueless 9 about the City Manager, heaven forbid, having to submit a budget that didn't waste the one time telephone tax!
A chump of local government and institutions, along with other Kansas City taxpayers, of ineptitude, incompetence, laziness, thievery and dysfunction.
